Nutrition 101: The Good, The Bad and the Hungry.
We cannot get good nutrition in a vitamin pill. Always take a vitamin with your doctor's recommendation, as your body benefits the most from eating healthy, whole foods. Having a variety of foods is best for your body, so try new foods. Do not trust stories from people who have used a diet program or product, especially in commercials and infomercials, are advertisements.

The Power Of Love
don't know how in tune with this truth the Beatles were when they sang All You Need Is Love, but they were more right then they could probably ever have dreamed of. This isn't some frivolous comment either. There is data and research to back up this statement. With several studies made about all sorts of human behavior, the effect of love in its assorted guises brought up some surprising revelations.

Pregnancy and Smoking
If you're a woman who smokes, you will be familiar with how much you enjoy a cigarette. You probably enjoy one when you wake up, and you probably enjoy many more throughout the course of your day. Cigarettes are highly addictive, and whether you know it or not, they rule your life in many ways. You probably think about them almost constantly, and you're willing to put your life at risk to have them even if you don't admit to it.

Working With The Energy Of Gratitude
One of the best things that you can do is to have gratitude; for everything that you have, everything that you have done, for all the people in your life, and for the process of unfolding and development. It is essential. Gratitude is one of the higher vibrations in this life and it attracts a super-flow in your life. Without gratitude one can become arrogant, and isolated. Until you really look at all that you have, and appreciate all that you have been given, things can be meaningless. Did you have anything to do with your looks? Or your eye color? Or a perfectly healthy body? Or where you were born? Or that you live in one of the freest countries on earth? And that you don't experience war first hand? Not at all.

I've Got Type 2 Diabetes...What Now?
My mother was going to the dialysis center three times a week and suffering from end-stage renal disease when I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. I was only 24 when my doctor told me I had it. I remember crying constantly the rest of that day.

Sony Ericsson W580i
Hmmm...so this w580i seems to be a mid-path between cheaper and costlier W-for-walkman phones. But, my experience with this phone tells me SE did try to work on looks, sound and battery life...but somehow they missed out on speed quotient (why *everyone* need to leave a deficiency somewhere - maybe to make next model attractive!)...

Medical Marijuana - Is It For Real?
The humble little cannabis sativa plant is the center of one of the hottest issues between politics, religion, and medicine in all of history. Amidst all of the controversy and regardless of where they stand on the issue, medical professionals must find themselves curious about it. Is marijuana the miracle drug it is purported to be in some circles, or is this a lot of media hype? And likewise, is marijuana the dangerous, addicting road to drug-addled debauchery that the moral crusaders would have us believe, or is that, too, a lot of hype?

An extraordinary Healer from the Philippines
Over the years there has been much controversy about the so-called miracle healers of the Philippines. Their ability to open peoples bodies and perform operations without the use of any surgical equipment i.e their bare hands or with rusty hunting knives, in the absence of any anaesthetics and the skin of their patient re-seals without any noticeable marking or scars defies not only conventional medical knowledge but also flies in the face of what we consensually call reality. How can a human body open and close by touch? How can solid objects become permeable to allow a hand to move through it?

Present Moment Is Now
This is the moment to live, to create the life that you have imagined moment by moment and enjoy the greatest peace. Live in this moment and you will have a peaceful life, and you can direct the source of flow for everything that you want and goals that you are inspired towards. The present moment is a quick brief breath. It is the only moment that you have to do the work, to create, to inspire, to lead, to pick yourself up. Do you think that you have some day or tomorrow? No, there is no other day. Because when the next day comes it is today once again. Your life is made up of increments of present moments that flow together to create another present moment, and another.
